Working closely with the Chef to produce a comprehensive list of Food stock items. To produce an overall periodic Food Valuation and GP.

A more detailed Wet Stock analysis can be produced detailing any losses by item, providing that we can obtain the relevant 'Till' information.

I use one of the most up to date stock systems available that can provide an array of different reports. These can be tailored to suit different clients based on their needs, these include.

We process all Invoices, Deliveries, Petty Cash. Declare your weekly Sales figures within our system. Process Allowances for 'lost/consumed stock'

and present our findings.

Many of our clients require a Year End Valuation of their stock and other just a simple Annual valuation for Accounting purposes.

These range from Wet or Food only to Merchandise Outlets.
